Gli Strawbs (o The Strawbs) sono un gruppo rock inglese fondato nel 1964 come Strawberry Hill Boys.
La band ha iniziato come gruppo bluegrass, passando poi ad altri stili come il folk rock, il progressive rock e (brevemente) il glam rock.
Sono conosciuti soprattutto per la loro hit “Part of the Union”, che ha raggiunto il numero due nella UK Singles Chart nel febbraio 1973, così come per “Lay Down”, una popolare hit rock progressive tratta dallo stesso LP.
Gli Strawbs sono anche noti per il essere andati in tour con i Supertramp nel loro tour “Crime of the Century”.
